Return & Refund Policy

At Oct. Tenth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return or exchange period for eligible products.

Ready-to-Wear Products

Eligible ready-to-wear shoes may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The shoes are unworn and in their original condition.

• They have only been tried on indoors, preferably on a soft, clean surface.

• The original packaging and accessories are included.

• The shoes show no signs of wear, damage or creasing beyond what is reasonably necessary to try them on.

Made-to-Order and Personalised Products

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, including qualifying customised shoes, are generally not eligible for cancellation or return due to a change of mind.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective or non-conforming goods.

A standard product is not automatically excluded from withdrawal rights merely because it is manufactured after an order is placed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where otherwise required by law, including where we are responsible for a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Original shipping charges are not refundable as part of our additional voluntary returns policy. This does not affect any statutory right to reimbursement of standard outbound delivery charges following a valid withdrawal.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory proof that they have been sent back, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@octtenth.com, providing photographs and your order number.

Your statutory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal and legal guarantee rights, remain unaffected.
